About this house rental
Ideally located between the beaches (400m) and the village of Plounéour-Trez (800m), the cottage offers the calm and comfort of a house.
The cottage has been completely renovated in 2019, new photos will enrich the page very soon!
It is very comfortable to spend a good holiday on the Côte des Légendes!
Description of the gîte
Ground floor :
- a large living room of 40m2 with open kitchen, living room and dining room.
- A bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin)
- a garage (place for a car)
Floor:
- 1 bedroom: a 140 bed and dressing room
- 1 bedroom: a 180/200 bed and dressing room
Quality Bedding: The Large Bed
- 1 bedroom (1 bunk bed of 90 and 1 bed 140) + possibility a bed moreover
- A bathroom (bath, wc and double basins)
Outside:
- Courtyard side of 500 m2: parking, courtyard
- Garden side of 200 m2: Garden furniture, lawn
Kayak on request and free.
Sheets, duvets, covers ... and towels provided free of charge.
All the comfort of baby on request and free (stroller, bed, high chair, games, park ...) and possibility of babysitting.
The costs are all inclusive (water, electricity and tourist tax).
We can take care of the household after your departure for 60 euros.
Weekly rental or possibilities from 2 nights depending on the season.
We are reachable at any time of the day by mail or phone!

Warm Welcome, with lots of small things to help your stay (all toilet or cleaning things, cakes and cider...) very well equipped especially for children very safe, very close to the sea. Thehostess isveryctarming.

Wir waren Juli 2022 zu Gast im "Maison de Marie" und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Umgebung, der Strand, das Meer, das Wetter (nicht typisch bretonisch, sondern Sonne satt) - alles stimmte. Und auch das Ferienhaus war genauso wie auf den Bildern des Inserats. La maison de Marie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem liebevollen Blick für Details. Das Kinderzimmer ist zum Beispiel ein echter Hingucker. Wenn unsere Kinder noch jünger wären, hätten beide ihre Freude an den zahlreichen Spielsachen gehabt. Aber auch so haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Rozenn ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und dank Google-Übersetzer klappte auch die Verständigung auf Anhieb. Kurzum: wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Tout y est pour un super séjour. Rozenn, la propriétaire est tellement gentille, tellement bienveillante. Que ce soit avant le départ en vacances, pendant le sejour ou encore après le retour à la maison, elle se soucie du bien-être des locataires. Le gîte est très bien décoré et est très fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé, proche de la plage. Nos chiens ont été très bien accueillis. Pour info, les chiens ne sont pas autorisés sur les plages du Finistère, jusqu'au 30 septembre , sauf sur la grande plage du Lividic. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si nos projets vacances nous mènent a nouveau en Bretagne (ce qui semble être une évidence ). Merci pour tout Rozenn
