Living room with balcony, dining room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower and toilet, guest toilet, shopping 5 min walk, main station / city center can be reached in 10 min by bus.

Nette Vermieterin, die sehr zuvorkommend war und uns neben gute Tipps zur Sächsischen Schweiz mit auf dem Weg gab. Wohnung sauber und ausreichend für 4 Personen, nur der Fernseher und die Couch waren zu klein. Tolle Lage und kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Dresden und Umgebung.
Dadurch das die Fenster in der Dachgeschosswohnung ständig bei der Hitze offen waren, wurden die Umgebungsgeräusche stärker von uns wahrgenommen (Autolärm und Eisenbahn). Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug. Für eine Auslegung für 4 Personen hätte ich mir eine größere Küche gewünscht mit größeren Töpfen und einem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Für Wäsche waschen ist gesorgt,doch hätte ich mir eine Wäschespinne zum Trocknen gewünscht. Ein Waschtrockner ist da nicht unbedingt die beste Wahl in dem zu kleinen Badezimmer.
Generell hat trotzdem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gepasst und wir hatten einen netten Kontakt zum Eigentümer.
