We were somewhat disappointed to find a beautiful house, but not a villa. The online photos don't accurately portray the property. It's a complex of terraced villas, so privacy and exclusivity are compromised. The garden was dry and unusable, the grass yellow instead of green. The bedrooms were very small. The sea is not easily accessible on foot. The view, the spaciousness and organization of the kitchen, the pool, and outdoor space deserve praise. Impeccable cleanliness.

I would give more stars if I could. Property owner was amazing. He give us information about the activities we can do in the area, the grocery store where we can stock up.
Villa Palatina was perfect for us!
The house is really nice and clean; each room had its own air conditioning.
There were plenty of board games, bikes and helmets.
The pool is heated and clean.
The owner provided an welcoming gift which included a bottle of wine(very good wine!!), a package of nuts and a package of coffee.
The house is not too far from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet.
We highly recommend this property!

We spent 7 nights in Villa Palentina, 2 adults and 3 teenagers aged 14 to16 years. We are VERY SATISFIED.
We loved the swimming pool area and the wonderful sea view. The house is very big, well equipped and very clean. Extremely nice with 2 bathrooms. The internet worked flawlessly, very important with 3 teenagers :)
We arrived after midnight, which was no problem thanks to the combination door lock.
The information material sent from the host about the house and area was a big help. Very much appreciated.
We can only recommend the Villa Palatina warmly.
