The villa has an area of approx. 450 distributed on various levels and has a large covered patio and various panoramic terraces of approx. 250, very articulated among them, with a view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden which extends to the swimming pool & solarium also panoramic, and then continues with various degrading terraces with an olive grove of about 10,000 square meters.
The villa is furnished with period furniture and refined and particular objects that make it decidedly elegant even in its particular country style.

This place is magical, and the host is great. We had a few problems with flights, car hire, etc and the host was really accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The property itself is unlike anywhere else you will stay. If you’re looking a carbon copy hotel, then this isn’t for you. If you’re a bit more adventurous and looking for something more unique, authentic and beautiful then this ticks all the boxes.Driving up to it is a bit of an adventure, but nothing that any competent driver should worry about. We had a mix up with our car hire and ended up in large cars (MG MPV and Renault Espace) and managed okay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and really made our trip to Italy memorable.

We stayed for 3 nights, wish it could have been longer, we absolutely loved it. The house is a 16th home that was originally a military watch tower. There is plenty of room for 10 guests. The furnishings are beautiful. The views from the terraces are breathtaking. The pool was refreshing. Fabiana, the property manager & chef was the sweetest most helpful person we met in Italy. She arranged all of our transportation for us, cooked for us and recommended things to see and do. Fabiana and Michael both cooked excellent authentic Italian meals for us during our stay. 😋 If we ever return to Italy this is where we will stay.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa with amazing views. We had access to Vico, Sorrento and Positano. We also had easy access to the marina. We used Fabiana and she was an amazing chef. Yes, I had a group I would’ve had the chef the entire week. The pool is relaxing, perfect sun exposure, and shade!
