Pulita e accogliente.
La comunicazione nel video non chiarissima rispetto al parcheggiare la macchina e il fatto che il primo parcheggio dove abbiamo sostato per pochissimo tempo lo abbiamo dovuto pagare quando c’era stato detto che era gratuito.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber u. hat einen kleinen Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick in die Berge. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine tolle Lage, Mitten im Zentrum.
Die Situation mit den Schlüsseln war etwas kompliziert, da man extra in die Wohnung musste, dort erneut einen Code eingeben musste um an die Tiefgaragenbedienung zu gelangen. Auch die Ein- u. Ausfahrt war etwas beengt. Bei der Heimfahrt wieder kompliziert, weil man aus der Tiefgarage natürlich die Fernbedienung wieder brauchte, dann aber erneut in die Whg. musste, um dort die Fernbedienung zu hinterlegen u. erst dann an der Haustüre den Haustürschlüssel separat hinterlegen konnte

Non male la struttura e in una buona posizione all'interno di un centro commerciale. Bella vista sulle montagne
Complicato l'individuazione della struttura e la gestione delle chiavi del posto auto. La lavatrice menzionata era carica di altra biancheria.. Nota generale al comune di Merano: carissimi i parcheggi.
