About this apartment rental
3-room Luxury-Apartment 70 sq on one floor (new building) with 2 bedrooms, quality equipment, parquet flooring, underfloor heating, floor-ceiling windows, underground parking place, southwest balcony with beach chair overlooking the village pond, newest technical equipment (3 flat-screens television), free Internet access (WiFi) and a ultra-modern bathroom. It is located in an exclusive, gated community right on the village pond, just a few meters from the beach (300 m), the golf course, the restaurants and the many shops in Wenningstedt. Washer and dryer available, 3 Bikes for woman, men and children (24”) are provided for free.Children younger than 6 years are free - Highchair and travel cot are availiable. Dogs are welcome! Non-Smoker-Apartment - it is allowed to smoke on the balcony.
Living room with 3.50 m wide suite can be changed into a sofa bed for an additional 2 people, cable LED- TV with internet usage, PC, DVD, CD, printer, fax, copier. Countless current DVD's, CD's, small library and board games area available. Balcony: sunny southwest balcony with beach baskets, table and beautiful view of the village pond.
Kitchen/dining room: high-quality built-in kitchen with granite countertops, oven, ceramic rante, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, cabinet for broom and vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, toaster and 1.80 cm pull-out dining table with 4 chairs.
2 bedrooms: one with a 1.80 m wide double bed and one with 2 individual single beds, both with LED-TV, radio, warobe, and internet access. In the guest or children's room you will find a few toys for children.
Designer bathroom: with large shower and double sinks, towels and hair dryer.
In the hallway you will find a coat rack and a mirror.
A parking space is in the underground.
A washingmachine and a Dryer is used by coins.
The exclusive holiday apartment is located in the centre of Wenningstedt - only a few metres from the idyllic village pond, surrounded by trees and vegetation and was finished in August 2009. To the beach and the famous restaurants 'Gosch and Kliffkieker' is is only 350 m. The house attracts through its unusual architecture. High quality state-of-the-art equipment, technical know-how and well-thought out floor plans create a high level of quality.
Wenningstedt is located at the edge of the dune landscape on the 'RotenKliff' (Red Cliff), underneath the cliff you will find a beach along the entire city that has both beaches for swimming and dog beaches.
Particularly younger guests will love it here, whether while building on the beach or discovering things in the mudflats (in the meantime a UNESCO World Heritage Site!) or as the clown in the island Circus or as a pirate on a wooden ship.

Es ist eine wirkliche großzügige, schöne Ferienwohnung.Die sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen natürlich gerne wieder.
Die Lage ist gut, von der Wohnung aus lassen sich alle umliegenden Orte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und natürlich auch der Strand gut erreichen.
Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren sehr angetan von der Wohnung. Beginnend vom exzellenten Erscheinungsbild des Hauses, Tiefgarage und gepflegten Aussenanlagen. Für Sylt sehr großzügig bemessene Räume, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. sehr modernes dennoch gemütliches Ambiente. Ein tolles Bad und eine top ausgestattete Küche. 3 Flatscreen TV, WiFi, Telefon, Fax, DVD Spieler und umfangreiche Filmauswahl...alles durchdacht und zurecht mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Den Bäcker vor der Haustür, ebenso Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih... und bis zum Gosch nur ein gemütlicher Spaziergang... perfekt! abgerundet wird das Bild von einem sehr freundlichen wie verbindlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Dies alles rechtfertigt auch die Preisgestaltung. unser Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!

So eine schöne Wohnung hatten wir auf Sylt noch nie! Bei der Ferienwohnung heißt es einfach: Eintreten und sich wohlfühlen! Die Wohnung ist mit allem möglichen Komfort ausgestattet. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt hätte, wären wir gern noch länger geblieben! Besonders angenehm empfanden wir die angenehme Nachmittags- und Abendsonne im Strandkorb auf dem Balkon.
Einziger, aber nur kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage: sie liegt direkt an einer recht befahrenen Straße.
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Wir haben die Wohnung in der o.g. Zeit für unsere Flitterwochen auf Sylt gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich dort wohl fühlen. Leider wird unserer Meinung nach, aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht ersichtlich, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstrasse Wenningstedts liegt. Schlafzimmer und auch Balkon grenzen direkt an die Hauptstr. Dort ist soviel Verkehr, dass man sich nachts nichtmal traut ein Fenster zu öffnen, weil wirklich permanenter Auto oder Buslärm herrscht. Auch der Balkon ist durch diesesn Verkehrslärm nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, wobei der schöne Strandkrob zum Sonnen einläd- schade !!!Der See ist zwar in der Nähe, aber von ruhigem Wohnen kann man gar nicht sprechen
