About this house rental
The Open Golf Championship returns to St Andrews in 2022. This is always an amazing week, and we are delighted to offer our home in St Andrews for your exclusive use during the event. Demand always exceeds supply for accommodation in the town of St Andrews during The Open, therefore early booking is recommended. Minimum booking is 7 nights, however the exact arrival and departure days can be flexible to suit your travel plans. Stays of longer than 7 nights can be negotiated if required.
This comfortable and adaptable property can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, in 4 double bedrooms.
The bright modern home consists of comfortable lounge area with large TV (satellite); open plan diner kitchen area with access via glass bi-fold oak doors to south facing decked seating area and garden (perfect for a relaxing in the evening after a day at The Open!); separate family sitting room with large TV (satellite) and oak bi-fold glass doors to garden; 1 family bathroom with over bath shower, 1 en-suite bathroom with over bath shower (restricted height), 1 separate wc.

Bedroom 4: - Optional 4th bedroom. If a 4th bedroom is required this can be set up as a King Size double room. Alternatively this will be a second sitting room.

A real home from home, with everything you might need on hand for a fantastic stay in St Andrews. The Open itself can be travelled to on foot 1.5 miles via the beautiful Lade Braes walk or alternatively walk via Hepburn Gardens. The drive time to town centre and The Open is only a couple of minutes, or a bus stop to the town centre is located just round the corner with regular public buses popping into town!
The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a sought after residential area of St Andrews. Private off street parking means no parking issues as occur in the centre of town, yet still you are so close to the the centre of the action at the Old Course, and the restaurants, bars and shops of St Andrews historic town centre. Not forgetting St Andrews castle, the cathedral ruins, and the beautiful West Sands.
