The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house or apartment building built in 1964, renovated in 2022, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (2 people), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (2 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (5 people). The house is situated above the spa park with a view of the Todtmoos valley and forest. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
