The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1998, renovated in 2002, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residence on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located in a residence on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The residence contains the holiday apartments GAR TIG 002 (without lake view) and 003 (each for 4 people) and GAR TIG 004 (without lake view) and 005 (each for 6 people). Tignale is a union of six villages scattered on a plateau above the western Lake Garda. This place is the ideal spot for complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 6 m). Parking on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to mid-October, 4 m x 12 m, 1.35 m deep). Indoor pool (usable from late March to late September, heated, 12 m x 6 m, 1.40 m deep). The swimming hall can also be used by children, but it is not suitable for small children. The outdoor pool is deep from 0.80 m to 1.35 m and therefore also suitable for small children.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 150 m, town centre 1000 m. Train station in Brescia 50 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 1000 m in Oldesio. Bus stop 150 m. Tourist doctor from June to September in the main town Gardola (otherwise Gargnano). Further distances: Desenzano approx. 45 km, Riva del Garda approx. 30 km, Verona approx. 100 km, Milan approx. 155 km. In summer: Lake Garda 400 m in Tignale (beach 1000 m in Tignale with sand and stones). Oldesio: Tennis 300 m and horse riding 3 km. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.
