About this apartment rental
The modern furnished and well-equipped apartment offers space for up to 2 people on about 90 square meters. It has a living room with an XXL sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a small furnished terrace in front of the large glass front of the living room. Storage space for bicycles is available. The non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential street of the resort Ehlscheid in the Westerwald.
Living room: The living room was laid out with parquet floors. There is an XXL sofa bed with comfortable sleeping accommodation for two people and for a nice evening the couch with the large LCD TV offers a wonderful lounging effect.
Kitchen: The kitchen itself has a ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. A dining area with four chairs is available. The floor was covered with lamiant.
Bedroom: The bedroom, which is carpeted, has a large double bed with a very spacious wardrobe.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für 2 Personen schon fast zu groß.
Die Umgebung ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erkunden.

Die Ferienwohnung war eine sehr gute Wahl. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern und sehr sauber. Wer für länger bleibt, findet im großen Kleiderschrank viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, um im Urlaub mehr oder weniger Aufwand zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten betreiben zu können. Für wanderlustige, wie wir es sind, bietet sich dieser Standort für Wanderungen im unmittelbaren Umfeld bzw. für etwas weitergelegene Wanderrouten an. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden uns bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in der Gegend wieder für diese entscheiden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einer ruhigen Wohnstraße gelegen und lässt absolut nichts vermissen. Mit Spülmaschine, Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und WLAN waren für uns erholsame Tage vorprogrammiert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das neue Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche inkl. "Regenduschkopf" - herrlich - sowie die riesige Couch / Wohnlandschaft mit zwei großen Liegeflächen, sowie ferngesteuerter Beleuchtung. Besser geht es nicht.
In fünf Fahrminuten ist ein Rewe, ein Aldi, ein Bäcker sowie ein DM-Markt erreichbar und das Deutsche Eck in Koblenz kann bei einem entspannten Tagesausflug besucht werden.
Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt total genossen, können sowohl die Wohnung als auch Familie Börner als Vermieter vorbehaltlos empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
