The tastefully furnished 4-room apartment "Sogno d'Oro" is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house just above Germignaga approx. 700 m from the historical center and about 1 km from the beach. In total the apartment has a living space of about 90 m² and a 600 m² large slope with terrace and garden. From the living room as well as from the outside you can enjoy a fantastic panorama view of the rooftops of Germignaga, the lake and the mountains up to the Swiss Alps. In about 5 km distance is the village Luino with its famous weekly market, from where you can explore the lake by boat. The charming hinterland attracts with its beautiful little places, where you can still get an idea of the original life in this area. The quiet and sunny view of the apartment, on the other hand, is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday, detached from everyday life and we can only wish you "sogni d'oro", dream beautifully! You park your car on the two private car parking spaces within the property. ÷ Die Wohnung, Aussicht und der Garten war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Check- in und out war unkompliziert. Trotz der Sommer sehr gut durchlüftete Wohnung.
Unsere Hund hatte auch Freude am Garten und geniesste die Ferien mit uns.
- Flecken an Matratzen - sollten unbedingt gereinigt werden.
Der Parkplatz Einfahrt und Ausfahrt ist durch herausstehenden Röhre im Boden erschwert, und es könnte die Reifen zum Platzen bringen.
