Large, beautiful residence "Residenza del Pascià". 300 m from the centre of Oggebbio, in an elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: park, large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 300 m. Grocery, bar 300 m, bus stop "davanti all'ingresso" 2 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 18.3 km, shingle beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cannero Riviera 6 km, Verbania 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania. Main road 100 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The residence consists of several buildings located on the slope and going down to the lake. To get to the pool area you have to cross the road.

L'appartement et les infrastructures sont encore mieux "en vrai" que sur les photos du site Propreté irréprochable , jolie plage , grande piscine ... Seul inconvénient ; parking trop éloigné de l'appartement , pour la montée des bagages par exemple . Montée assez pénible pour revenir de la plage avec de jeunes enfants et tout le matériel.

Super ausgestattete Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles sehr sehr sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft.

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub am Lago. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Enttäuscht waren wir darüber, dass der Pool entgegen den Angaben der Bewerbung statt Ende September schon ab Mitte September geschlossen war .
