About this house rental
Our top renovated, approx. 75 m² holiday home offers space for up to 6 people (3 bedrooms). The newly created terrace with a natural swing leads to the open, harmonious living / dining area, which is characterized by a cozy fireplace. Cable (HD) TV / flat screen with BlueRay player find their place in the living room. The comfortable dining area offers plenty of seating and invites you to play evenings together.
In the 1st Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, capsule machine from ALDI, kettle, toaster etc. To the left is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Then the 1st Bedroom with double bed and toilet en suite.
A staircase leads to the other two bedrooms. On the left there is another double bed, while on the right two single beds with a washing machine are the third Round off the bedroom. Both upper bedrooms are connected by an access to the balcony.
A modern electric heating system also heats all rooms sufficiently.
Bed linen and a set of towels can be booked for € 10 (per person). A cot, bed rail, high chair, bathtub and toys also provide a pleasant atmosphere for the little ones.
W-LAN guest access is also included throughout the house.
We are also very happy about every four-legged friend in our "hut magic". Dog bowl for 2 dogs available!
The house has two parking spaces, which are shown. Please pay the final cleaning of 70 € and the laundry package on site! In the winter months (until 04/30/19) there are additional energy costs, which are also billed on site.

Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsveehältnis nicht ok. Draußen lagen kaputte Bretter und alles etwas chaotisch. Drinnen war es sehr hellhörig, wenig Liebe zum Detail, das eine Zimmer mit Waschmaschine sehr eng, das andere Bett sehr eng unterm Dach, in der Dusche waren Griffe abgebrochen, ... Es gibt alles was man braucht... Aber so lieblos und abgenutzt ... Essig und Öl muss man wohl nicht vorfinden, aber warum dann leere Flaschen hinstellen? Schade. Für einen ganzen Urlaub wäre es auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit und Lieblosigkeit kein Erfolg gewesen. Für 2 Nächte zu teuer .
