About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in the best Binger residential area on Rochusberg with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the forest and the vineyards. The 2017 newly renovated apartment with its own entrance is located on the ground floor of our house in a restricted traffic area in the countryside. Everything is within walking distance: 2 minutes to the forest and the vineyards, 7 minutes to the Rhine and the ferry to Rüdesheim, 5 minutes to the nearest bakery, 2 minutes to the bus, 16 minutes to the nearest supermarket, 19 minutes to the train station.
Our small but beautiful apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay on 40 sqm: - bedroom with double bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m, bed linen, work place, WiFi - living room with TV and (sleeping) sofa - bathroom with combined shower and mini bathtub, bidet, hairdryer, towels - kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster, basic spices and coffee machine. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy in winter thanks to underfloor heating. Parking is available directly at the house.
You are welcome to use the garden for sunbathing, breakfast, etc. If you stay a week or more, we will provide you with a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room of the house. Your bikes etc. can be parked in the garage.
Our family has two friendly dogs, which are sometimes in the garden in summer.
Arrival from 3 p.m., possibly earlier on request. Departure until 11 a.m., possibly later on request.

Bingen eignet sich wunderbar, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten an Rhein und Nahe zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad, Auto oder Schiff zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, nur die Küche ist etwas zu klein. Die Mahlzeiten kann man auch gut im schattigen Garten genießen.
