Large, flat meadows in front of the house with a wide, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean landscape (cypresses, olive trees). Spacious lounges, 50 sqm, fireplace room, large salon with piano, fitted kitchen and a total of 3 bathrooms.
Covered south-facing terrace.
1. Floor: Large bedroom with attached bathroom and toilet. Ground floor: suite with its own entrance door, fireplace, piano, bedroom with direct access to the shower room / toilet.
In the old building 4 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

The country house can only be reached via a communal path and is very quiet on a large, vacant lot in the forest.

A lot of free terrain for sports, games and hiking.
You can also play table tennis at night in the open garage with halogen lighting or a boules section (boules balls available) on the large property. E-music lovers: there is a piano, and here you can also make music in the garden or in the house at night: together with the outside lighting, you can individually stage 'Son et lumiere',
Tourism / excursions: Nimes, Usez, Avignon, Montpellier, Orange, Pont Saint Esprit, sea 80 km at the Camargue.

Nous avons pu profiter de cette charmante propriété en étant toujours à l’aise à onze adultes grâce aux six chambres bien équipées en literie. Piscine pas très grande pour nager mais bien suffisante pour se baigner.
Cuisine et équipements tout à fait adaptés. Propriétaires accueillants et attentionnés. Location à recommander

Der Kontakt zur Herrn Dorpmund und seiner Frau Andrea war von Beginn an sehr herzlich.
La Verdière gehört wohl zu den seltenen Gelegenheiten einen Lebenstraum für einige Tage mieten zu können.
Die Ceze war uns schon von vorherigen Familienurlauben her bekannt. Ein traumhaft malerisches Flußtal, welches im Bereich von Montclus in einen wunderschönen Canyon übergeht. Das auf einem weitläufigem Grundstück (1 Hektar ) gelegene großzügige Landhaus bot in unserem Fall 9 Personen ausreichend Platz.
Der Pool war bei den Kindern beliebt, die Erwachsenen genossen die schattige Veranda, so manch einer zog mit Buch und Liegestuhl in die Weiten des Grundstücks aus und die von der Muse geküßten fröhnten dem Klavierspiel. Jeder fand seinen Platz und somit seinen Freiraum. Und spätestens zum Abendessen versammelten sich wieder alle um den großen Tisch der Veranda. Und die laute Tanzmusik am Abend konnte keinen Nachbarn stören, höchstens die Wildschweine der Umgebung.
Ach ja, wer das Abenteuer sucht der findet es auf der ersten Anfahrt zum Haus, aber keine Angst sogar das größte Familiengefährt schafft dem Weg. Und am Ende wartet das Glück!

Nous avons passé quelques jours de rêve dans cette belle maison. Les chambres sont très agréables, et nous avons passé des soirées romantiques devant la grande cheminée.
Le tout est très propre et bien aménagé. On a fait tout les jours la grande "bouffe" préparée dans la cuisine qui ne manque de rien.
Les promenades sur le vaste terrain naturelle et à la campagne nous laisse un souvenir de plaisir et de paix.
Nous pouvons recommander cette maison de campagne pour des couples et des familles avec enfants.

Wir haben nur einen kleinen Kurzurlaub in der herrlich gelegenen Landschaft und dem mit alten Möbeln, Klavier und vielen Büchern eingerichteten Landhaus verbracht. Vor dem alten Kamin hörten wir das Holz knistern, dazu einen leichten Rotwein....
Wir werden mit Freunden zurückkommen zum Weiterfeiern.
