About this house rental
Our holiday house for 2-6 persons on the ground floor has a very large living-dining room with comfortable sofa, large dining table, flat screen TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen: incl. Oven and dishwasher and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a carefully thought bathroom with shower / WC. A beautiful, south-facing wooden terrace and a beautiful garden with stunning mountain views invite you to relax.
We ask for your understanding that our anti-allergy-friendly holiday home is smoking not allowed. This requires also that pets are not allowed.
Location: Fantastic mountain views, the local leisure facilities, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, Kneipp facilities and hiking trails are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. Directly opposite the house are numerous hiking trails and the cross-country ski trail.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist ca. 10 min vom Ortskern von Reit im Winkl entfernt und sehr schön gelegen.
Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat gut geklappt. Anweisungen vor der Anreise waren gut verständlich. Haben uns als Familie in dem Haus wohlgefühlt.

Die Sauberkeit im Ferienhaus war super. Eines der wenigen Objekte, in denen wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Die Einrichtung, war mehr als in Ordnung.
Die Terasse/Garten ist super gepflegt, weshalb wir auch fast jeden Tag bei dem herrlichen Wetter gegrillt hatten.
Allem in allem, kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Ulla sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten - habe noch nie im Urlaub so gut geschlafen! Vom Garten und der Terrasse traumhafter Blick auf die Berge.
Angenehmer Kontakt zur sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Obwohl das Haus an der B 305 liegt, haben wir den Verkehr (der selbst in der Hochsaison auch nicht übermäßig viel war) kaum gehört, so dass man die Lage aus unserer Sicht als ruhig bezeichnen kann.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Ulla uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

In der Beschreibung fehlt das die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig ist , starker Verkehrslärm besonders in den Morgenstunden . Direkt an der Bundestraße 305 .
Lärmdämmung gibt es nicht .
