About this farm stay rental
We welcome you to 20 mn of the great Stadium (EURO) and 35 minutes from Lyon, the capital of French gastronomy, in a beautiful apartment fully equipped, cozy, air conditioned and independent of our housing.
Art Studio atypical charm (100m2 for 5-6 people), your accommodation is located in the heart of a beautiful farm of the nineteenth in Genay, lovely quiet village. The farm was the property of the Château it adjoins. A large courtyard separates the two buildings. the farm has exclusive use.
you will park you very easily in the street
50m, leaving paths for jogging or mountain bike rides.
Direct buses to LYON.
The apartment is designed for vacations with family or friends.
1 large master bedroom (double bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90X200) with bathroom and shower in the open polished concrete possibility of adding an extra bed.
A second bedroom (next to living rooms) hosts 3 Fixed beds (90X200) and possibility of putting the extra bed as well. The beds are new and quality.
Second bathroom with large walk-in shower. Independent toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven + microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...).
necessities locally. (Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, interviews and soap BIO products).
We strive to adopt eco-responsible behavior and ask our guests to use the sorting tray. We try to use as many natural products. As such, we also ask our visitors to be careful not to let the electricity or air conditioning in working during their absence.
We have ashtrays in the yard so that smokers can smoke outside the house.
We do not accept pets.
Wifi, TV, BOSE speaker for Iphone.
You can access easily at the Stade de Lyon by the A46, avoiding traffic jams on the side of Lyon. We explain how to get there easily.
The area is very quiet, shops 400m (closed on Monday), beautiful park with 300m children's games.
We propose to give you our good little plans to visit Lyon, Les Halles Bocuse, temple of gastronomy; Fleas Lyon for bargain hunters, Beaujolais for connoisseurs and sports ...
After all that, you can relax with a drink or a barbecue deserved in the garden!

The property was better than we expected and Muriel was the kindest host I have ever met. One can easily notice that the property was made with great effort and emphasis in small details. I'd love to come back soon as is it reachable for both Lyon and the Beaujolais areas.
