Expérience vécue dans l'un des appartements Patio Wilson (premier étage, numéro 11, sans le triplex).
Super emplacement, dans un très beau quartier, proche de tout (restaurants, coffee shops, supérettes, Vieux Nice, port...).
Compter 15/20 min à pieds depuis la Gare Nice ville.
Balcon très appréciable, au calme dans la cour de la résidence.
Appartement bien équipé (serviettes de douche, ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, TV, Clim).
Tout était très bien.

La tranquillité, la proximité du centre-ville, l’espace de vie lumineux et fonctionnel et un lave-linge
Le canapé n’est pas pas confortable. Manque un four et quelques ustensiles de cuisine (sauteuse, petit couteau de cuisine, économe, bols).
L’appartement est au premier étage, les marches sont hautes !!! Plus hautes que d’ordinaire.

Allem voran gefiel uns die Lage. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zu Allem. 2 min zur Tram. 5 min zum Bus. 3 min zum Bäcker. Supermarkt im Haus. Das Bett im Appartement 8 ist gut. Auf dem Balkon konnte man gut frühstücken.
Das Appartement 8 ist abgenutzt. Mängel, die bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen genannt waren, sind immer noch vorhanden wie z.B. Vorhänge und Balkontür. Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben bei Ankunft erstmal selbst geputzt. Putzmittel waren nicht vorhanden. Ebenso gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Und keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen. Bei einem Städtetrip mit Flugzeuganreise ist es schwierig, dass man selbst Gewürze zum Kochen kaufen muss.
Und man sollte wissen, dass das Badezimmer unter dem Dach sehr sehr klein ist.
