Locatie was prima, zeker voor een wintersport dorp.
Parkeren is moeizaam, ook laadstations in het dorp Winterberg is een drama. Je moet overal een app voor hebben

De grootte van het huis, zodat iedereen in verschillende kamers kon verblijven. 3 badkamers en zeer aangenaam klimaat in het huis. Dicht bij winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en cafe’s.

Die Lage ist optimal: mitten in der Innenstadt von Winterberg. Es gibt direkt am Haus zwei Stellplätze für PKW. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr großzügig. In der Küche steht ein großer Tisch mit sechs Stühlen, im Esszimmer/Aufenthaltsraum gibt es einen großen Tisch mit acht Stühlen und eine Bar, im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei geräumige Couchen, es gibt einen großen Balkon mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen und Bänken. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung gut.
Leider ließ die vorgefundene Sauberkeit sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Unser Enkelkind hatte nach kürzester Zeit schwarze Socken und Knie. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung ist sehr überholungsbedürftig (Kleiderschränke ohne Schlüssel lassen sich schwierig öffnen; eine Klappe am Küchenschrank für die Mikrowelle blieb nicht geöffnet; die Spülmaschine ist zu klein für eine Wohnung dieser Größe, man bekommt nicht alles mit einem male gespült; teilweise funktioniert die Beleuchtung nicht; in einem Schlafraum im 2.OG hört man abends/nachts sehr lange und relativ laut ein Motorgeräusch, vermutlich die Lüftung des Restaurants im EG)
