About this house rental
The luxurious 6-person holiday villa (110 m² living space) is located on the quiet southern edge of the holiday park on the Grevelinger Sea and the North Sea. Suitable for families, sporting activities: hiking, surfing, sailing, horseback riding, diving, cycling, fishing, pets are allowed.
The non-smoking holiday home with 4 bedrooms has been newly renovated by us, lovingly furnished and contains u. a. the following family-friendly upscale equipment details:
--Ground floor--
Hall:
The meter bar for electricity, gas and water is located in the spacious hallway. This cabinet also houses the WiFi modem next to the fire extinguisher. All doors have been renewed in country style. The floors in the basement have been given a beautiful new floor.
The two bathrooms were renovated at the top in the Asia wellness style and below in the modern style. A beautiful cloakroom welcomes you right at the entrance.
Large living area:
New flooring, leather sofa and teak furniture, carpets, TV with cable and satellite antenna, stereo with D, WiFi - use free of charge.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, Senseo machine, dishes, cutlery, etc., and a large dining area.
Beiküche / storage:
Washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, iron, clothes dryer
Bedroom ground floor:
The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet. In the adjoining storage room you will find the ironing board, a high chair, a cot and the vacuum cleaner.
WC, bath, sauna:
The newly renovated wellness rooms have a floor-to-ceiling shower (rain shower), a mirror, a sink with a base cabinet and a towel radiator. Hair dryer is available. The sauna is in the same room and can accommodate up to 4 people. The newly renovated designer toilet is a feast for the eyes.
--Obergeschoss--
On the upper floor, all illuminants are designed as LEDs, which you can set in any color.
Large bedroom:
In the large bedroom on the upper floor you will find a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area.
2 small bedrooms
The two small bedrooms are each equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a seat and a desk.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, of course also with a toilet, a sink with a spacious base cabinet. A hair dryer is available and you can adjust the light according to your feelings.

Hele goede en sfeervolle woning. Jammer dat er op het park verder niets te doen was. Zwembad was zeer minimaal open. Contact met de tussenpersoon gaf ons geen fijn gevoel. Was onpersoonlijk en niet vriendelijk. We hebben wel een fijn verblijf gehad in de sfeervolle woning.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst, Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung des Hauses, Küche ist super ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und der Dame, die sich vor Ort kümmert, war absolut gut.
Der Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt;).
Tolles Haus, zum Entspannen und runter fahren vom Alltagsstress. Schön ist auch wirklich, dass hinter dem Garten,direkt das Feld ist. Wir hatten super Wetter, konnten immer im Garten frühstücken und die Ruhe und die Weite genießen.

Das Haus an sich ist schön. Liebevoll dekoriert, eingerichtet (nicht alles hochwertig aber ok).Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet! Die Lage ist Top! Sauberkeit auf den ersten Blick super, auf den 2ten Blick zeigten sich Spinnenweben und eine Trinkflasche der Vorgänger unter der Couch. Betten waren nur eins bezogen. Obwohl wir mit 5Personen angemeldet waren. Was wirklich nicht so gut ist, ist die Treppe! Viel zu schmal (von den Stufen) und steil! Nicht jedermanns Sache. Für Kleinkinder erst recht nicht. Es gibt ein Treppengitter aber das war kaputt! Musste dann immer das Reisebett vor die Treppe schieben! Zimmer sind groß genug und ich habe noch nie so viel Platz in Schränken gesehen wie hier. Nun aber zu einem absoluten No Go: die Sauna! Also 4 Personen passen da nie und nimmer rein! Max 2! Dann muss man noch hochbklettern auf die Sitzbank weil eine untere Sitzbank fehlt! Und was wirklich gefährlich ist: der Saunaofen hat keine Schutzvorrichtung!!!! Das „nackte“ Eisen steht direkt am Eingang. Mein Vater hat sich am Ofen einmal verbrannt. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht. Die Sauna und die Lage waren das Kriterium für uns das Haus zu buchen. Lage hervorragend, Sauna mangelhaft. Daher gesamt Bewertung ok. Der Park ist toll und Frau und Herr van Bremen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Preis Leistung stimmt für uns leider nicht.
