Nice house. Bedroom is a bit small and beds are not great. For the price it's an ok house.

The house is situated on a hillside overlooking a small valley, with a fantastic view from the spacious balcony, where one could spend the whole day, weather permitting. Nice and quiet area. The house is cosy, equipped with a well functioning fire-place (ample amounts of logs provided by our hosts). Güntersberge was for us a perfect starting point for daily tours around in the Hartz-gebiet. Nearby medieval town Stolberg was as from the fairy-tales of our childhood, and the same goes for the old steam-train making its daily morning and evening tours through Gûntersberge. The train is used by many as the easy way to return to Gûntersberg after a long day´s walk along the numerous paths to nearby or more distant villages. Our kind hosts showed a true interest in seeing to our well-being and were most helpful with whatever came up. Wir bedanken uns Hertzlichst! Fam. Heikel, Finland
