About this house rental
The Beach House has 3 bedrooms ,a den with a Sofa bed and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people -

it is perfect for large families or groups. There are 6 beds in the home. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed and a twin. the second master suite has a queen size bed, the third room has a Queen and a twin . There is a private queen size sofa bed in the den area downstairs. We can also supply a pak and play.
The home has an Attic fan or A powered attic ventilator .This is a ventilation fan which regulates the heat level of the homes attic by exhausting hot air. We also have ceiling fans in every room .
The gourmet kitchen offers marble counter tops,, high end stainless steel appliances . This homes comes with all the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils you will need to create any meal, including place settings for 10 people. The dining area has one large dining table that can sit 8 people.
There are three bathrooms in the home. One on the lower level and two upstairs, one in the master bed room and one in the hallway upstairs .
The home has a great patio with lots of room for sun bathing. Plus the yard area includes a outdoor dining table with seating for 6 , a gourmet gas BBQ grill . The home has an adorable playhouse with an ocean view. There is also a large grass area in the front yard. Perfect to enjoy the ocean views.
The beach is only a 2 minute walk and we provide beach chairs, beach towels and coolers, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. This home is located in Windansea,/ Barber Track a quiet residential community that is far from the busy street of la Jolla Blvd. The Beach House is close to the beach and only 8 blocks to La Jolla Village's stores, galleries and restaurants.
At the home there is a pak-n-play and high chair for families with small children. (please request this). This home is only used as a vacation rental.

We’ve stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. We had our grandchildren aged 2, 6 and 8 after Disney and it was the perfect end to their vacation. The location, a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, is an incredible plus. We walked everywhere! Our host was always available for questions (never had issues) and we were in the house and on our vacation in minutes. The house is quaint but very clean and comfortable. I think the mattresses were new and extremely comfortable. A pal-n-play and a high chair were provided and there were plenty of towels (beach and bath). We were there for 3 weeks so our host provided cleaning half way through. Truly a getaway with no surprises!

We enjoyed our stay. Cute house that had everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a great location to enjoy everything that La Jolla has to offer. Could see the ocean and enjoy the cool evening breeze in the lovely outside seating area with a fire pit and grill.

My family loved this property! Quick walk to the beach for sunsets and exploring Windansea. We took full advantage of the outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The house is spacious, full of charm with Serena and Lily vibes. Comfortable beds and fully stocked with all you need for a stay at the beach. Everything I expect of a top notch VRBO. We’ll be back!

Older home, so typical things you expect. Old windows. Loose screens. Showers are small. Kitchen is small and cabinets are old. Furniture is good. Location is excellent.
