About this house rental
Welcome to our holiday home Vir Croatia / Vitomir Glavas on the island of Vir. On 100 sqm, including 45 sqm sun terrace, you can enjoy your holiday.
The air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom / wc. Parking spot. Ideal for holidays with the extended family.
Sard cca 150 m. Center 300 m.
Centrally located, you will find everything within 400m. 24h bakery is right behind the house, supermarkets, weekly market, tobacconist, restaurants, café / bars, pharmacy and hairdresser can be easily reached on foot.
To explore the island by bike, we also have a few bicycles at your disposal.
The most important thing: the beach is only 150m away from our house. Ideal for children, as the seabed is a sandy bottom and slightly sloping. The crystal-clear water invites young and old to swim, dive and snorkel. Additional leisure activities can be rented, such as: B. Quads, jet skis, pedal boats and much more.
In the evening on the beach promenade there are the possibilities for small snacks, purchase of souvenirs, but also on the city stage to experience live concerts.
Also recommended is a visit to the city of Nin, with the smallest cathedral in the world and old city center. But also the capital of Northern Dalmatia Zadar with its landmark Church of St. Donatus and other buildings from the early Middle Ages (Roman times) should pay a visit. On your walk do not forget the world famous sea organs. Of course, Zadar also offers shopping centers.

Alles da was man braucht, Ausstattung ist gut, die Terrasse lädt Abends/Nachts zum entspannen und abkühlen ein. Der Gastgeber ist sehr Gastfreundlich, hilft immer weiter und gibt Infos zur Umgebung. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank nochmal Vitomir :-)

Allgemein:
Unterkunft als 2-wöchiges Ferienziel, zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (5 und 3 J). Reise in Corona-Zeit.
Positiv:
- sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sogar zum Grillempfang eingeladen und den Kühlschrank für uns aufgefüllt hat
- kaum Verkehrslärm, ruhige Lage (die Grillen können mal laut werden, was aber für uns in Kroatien einfach dazu gehört)
- zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar (Einkaufen, Strand, Restaurants)
- nette Nachbarn (die meisten Unterkünfte daneben sind in privater Hand und werden von den Eigentümern benutzt)
- für Kroatien halten sich die Mücken dort in Grenzen
- komfortable Unterkunft, modern und schön eingerichtet, ausreichende Ausstattung
- durch Rollos gute Verdunkelung in allen Zimmern möglich
- sehr schöner Schnitt der Unterkunft, Wohnbereich ist nicht Schlafbereich
- Terrassenausrichtung lässt je nach Wunsch Schatten oder Sonne zu
Negativ:
- Renovierungsbedarf auf der Terrasse gegeben
Ohne Bewertung, da für uns nicht relevant:
- kein WLAN, aber ausreichend starker Mobilfunkempfang
- keine Aussicht, da Pinienwald angrenzend, dafür aber auch keine Einsicht auf die Terrasse
- der untere Teil des Hauses ist dem Eigentümer vorbehalten, Sie haben also kein eigenes Haus mit Garten, sondern ein eigenes Stockwerk mit großer Terrasse
Super Unterkunft, gerade für Kinder eine tolle Terrasse und vor allem die Lage ist perfekt. So zentral und flexibel, trotzdem ruhig. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, können wir nur empfehlen.

Very nice place for holiday! Accommodation is excellent. Everything you need is there! Very quiet area with short walking distance to beach and restaurant. Home is very clean and tidy! Owners very friendly; great communication even we spoken different languages. We can easly recomend this place for everyone.

The property was clean and comfortable . However the listing advertised wifi and the host said he'd never had wifi., as a result we had to buy additional data from our phone providers. We couldn't get the TV to work and when we contacted the host he was unable to help. The kitchen was inadequate for self catering, very small oven, no microwave, no utensils to cook in an oven, very few power points in unsuitable positions no space for food prep. At no point in the listings for this property was it mentioned that we were hemmed in and overlooked by very close neighbours. There is parking but only for a very small car.
