About this house rental
Beautiful villa overlooking the Gulf of Policastro, located in the National Park of Cilento, 2 km from the fishing village of Scario. The vacation home is distributed on three levels, connected only by external stairs. It offers a large pool with rounded lines, sea view and lighting in the evening hours. The garden and adjacent manicured outdoor areas are terraced and rich in olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The building was built with high quality materials and is characterized by fine finishes: The main entrance is on the first floor, where there is also a large living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and a studio. The master bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the sea and a large bathroom with massage tub. Around the house there are numerous equipped areas, a porch and spacious terraces. On the eastern side of the building are a laundry room and an area with table tennis. On the 1st floor: living room and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with mosaic flooring and massage tub. The outdoor area offers two terraces with magnificent sea views. On the 2nd floor: bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Bedroom No. 3 has a single bed and an open gallery (accessed by spiral staircase) with two more single beds. The gallery has a horizontal opening (without glass) on one side, which looks onto the single bedroom N. 2, located on the first floor. From the villa you can quickly reach the sandy beach a few hundred meters away, equipped with snack bar and restaurant-pizzeria. The village of Scario offers all essential services: Supermarket, restaurants, bar, post office. From Scario port you can reach by sea transport many beautiful bays along the coast north to Marina di Camerota. Convenient location for visiting the Cilento National Park and other places of natural, archaeological and cultural interest: The Charterhouse of Padula, in Vallo di Diano, is about 47 km away; The archaeological site of Paestum with its magnificent temples 80 km: The archaeological excavations of Velia, on the Cilento coast, 45 km; Maratea and the famous statue of Christ 30 km.
