About this apartment rental
With the holiday apartment "Auszeit", you can use a cozy ground floor apartment / hillside location in Sundern, Sauerland, in a quiet, well-kept, yet central location. It is a tasteful holiday home with a small garden and an ornamental pond with fish. A sun terrace with a parasol and a cozy Sitting area invite you to relax. A designated parking space at the house is available. Further parking spaces are available along the street (dead end). The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a living room / bedroom with a panoramic window into the garden, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. For entertainment, 1 TV (cable connection) and 1 Musicman (with approx. 4000 pieces of music) are available. A free internet connection via WLAN is possible. You can spend your vacation days here in a variety of ways. Sports opportunities, as well as numerous sights and stalactite caves can be viewed in the surrounding area. You can end the day with a delicious dinner on the terrace near the ornamental pond.

A renowned and respected sailing club in the Sauerland. If you want to charter the ship, you will need to present an internal sailing permit. If you are interested, we ask you to register early in order to prepare the yacht. You can inquire about the daily price and the deposit separately.

Liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet. Komplette Küchenausstattung - incl. Gewürzauswahl. Schöner Gartenteich vor der Terrasse. Ideal für Ausflüge in Landschaft und kleine historische Städte im Sauerland.

Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung. Rein kommen und wohl fühlen. Die Möbel waren ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Und die Deko und auch die Bilder einfach nur klasse. Sehr viel liebe zum Detail. Im Haus ist es sehr leise. Die Terrasse und den kleinen Garten haben wir genutzt, wann immer wir konnten. Die Wohnung war auch Blitz sauber. Danke für die schöne Zeit und die leckere Marmelade. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
