About this apartment rental
The ground-floor apartment is approximately 40 m² in size and has been rated 4 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association). Thanks to its excellent amenities, it offers a comfortable stay for 2 people — whether for a short visit or a longer holiday. The non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer, hand and bath towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. From the open-plan kitchen and living area, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a sun umbrella for hot summer days.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and fully automatic coffee machine. There is also plenty of tableware and high-quality pots in various sizes.
Additional amenities include satellite TV with DVD player, a radio with CD player, games, and detailed information materials.
A double bed (180 × 200 cm) with high-quality mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, and cotton bed linen ensures a restful sleep.
Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.
Parking is available directly at the house, along with storage space for bicycles.
A crib and high chair are available upon request. Beds are made upon arrival, and dish, hand, and bath towels are provided.
Dogs are also welcome.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the small village of Wittersheim in the municipality of Mandelbachtal. The beautiful landscape invites you to take walks, and numerous hiking and cycling trails are nearby. The Saarland Therme spa is just a few kilometers away (15 km). Other easily accessible attractions include the European Cultural Park Bliesbruck-Reinheim (12 km), the open-air stage in Gräfinthal (11 km), the UNESCO World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte (33 km), the baroque town of Blieskastel (11 km), the Zweibrücken rose garden (23 km), the Jägersburg lake with climbing park (34 km), and many other interesting destinations. The Saarschleife is 70 km away.

+ Very well isolated appartement, so our anxious dog wasn't really aware of the firework at midnight. Nice little kitchen with almost everything you need and a spacious bathroom. Nice hosts, and the area is great for long and short walks. You get a towel for dirty doggy paws and free poopbags.
- A small coffeetable would be handy and maybe a few more cozy lights as the ceiling spots are very bright.

The only wish is a bit more comfortable chairs. The kitchentablechairs are not suitable for a long comfortable stay. We used the gardenchairs for it

We had a week of warm weather. Luckily the appartment was very cool. Sometimes even too cold. The terrace was very close to the horses. Friendly people.
At all we had a very good week in a beautiful environment.
