Classified 3 stars in a closed residential area of LA LONDE LES MAURES (between HYERES & SAINT-TROPEZ), VILLA ENSOLEILLADE offers apartments "FEET IN WATER" standing 10 meters from the BEACH.
Your apartment can accommodate 6 people and is exposed FULL SOUTH with VIEW SEA (in front of the islands of PORQUEROLLES & PORT-CROS).
It gives you free access to the HEATED SWIMMING POOL of the residence (from April to the beginning of November) and to the TENNIS at 250 meters.
It consists of a private garden, a living room, 2 bedrooms, an Italian shower room, a fitted kitchen and a TV.
WIFI access, parking and garage are free and we have our own website.
A small shopping center at 500 meters will allow you to do your shopping without having to take the car (from April to the end of September).
The sea, the preserved environment, the practice of many sports will assure you an unforgettable stay.
THE SEA IS YOUR GARDEN:
As if placed on the sand, this pretty provencal villa looks directly on the sea, and from your terrace or from your garden, you enjoy an exceptional view of the beach of Argentière and the islands of Porquerolles, Port- Cros and the Levant.
Sandy beaches uncrowded, clear waters deliciously unknown to the crowd, a quiet and tranquil few steps from the joys of the seaside ... with the tranquility of a residential area closed. A dream location in a preserved nature.
The coastal path that passes in front of the residence, will take you to the east for several hours of stroll by the sea, without any construction, in a succession of beaches and small roads until FORT DE BREGANCON (residence of presidential summer), the setting and the underwater fauna particularly rich ... You will be able to make unforgettable walks !!!
In addition, your children and you have free access to all the benefits of the ARGENTIERE CLUB which is 250 meters from the Villa.
You can enjoy all the sports and leisure facilities of the Club free of charge.
Heated pool with paddling pool, tennis court, bowling, snowshoes and other games are at your disposal.
As for water sports, VILLA L'ENSOLEILLADE also offers outdoor activities in partnership with professionals. Diving courses, excursions, cruises on the islands, or sea kayaking ... whether you are a couple or family, everything is planned for your well being.
In the evening, musical festivals, night markets, small restaurants and large tables of the coast enliven the night.
Whether you are a fan of diving, hiking, Jazz or idleness ... you are at the heart of all activities ... Let the idleness be with you!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Our prices include the rental of the furnished apartment, access to the heated swimming pool and the tennis court, WiFi internet access, television.
Tennis balls and rackets as well as petanque balls are available to you free of charge.
Our prices do not include the administration fee of €50 to be paid on the day of your arrival as well as the tourist tax.

La location est situé si prêt de la mer que l’on pourrait presque la toucher en tendant le bras. Les points fondamentaux que nous avons apprécié lors de notre séjours sont : la proximité de la plage, le quartier totalement privé, les commerces à 5 minutes à pieds par la plage et surtout le peu d'affluence…et que dire de la vue qui est tout juste incroyable !!! Imaginez-vous au bord de la mer sans AUCUNE construction dans votre champ de vision à 90 degré avec les îles d’Or juste en face et vous comprendrez. Nous conseillons ces lieux pour des personnes voulant passer des vacances à la mer mais pas dans le bruit et l'agitation des stations balnéaires

L'accueil est des plus chaleureux, la villa l ensoleillade est idéale avec des enfants en bas âge car pas pas besoin de marcher pour aller à la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture de la semaine, un vrai luxe! Le cadre est joli, l accès à la plage direct, il n y a plus qu'à profiter! Seuls bémols, pas de clim donc certaines nuits ont été compliquées avec les grandes chaleurs et pas de lave linge(une laverie commune existe cependant mais bon...), cela serait pourtant très pratique. C est ce qui explique le 4 étoiles et non 5 dans mon appréciation. Mais vraiment, une adresse à recommander!

Seit 5 Jahren kommen wir in den Osterferien (mein Mann, unser Hund und ich) nach La Londe. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Alles ist für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung, die Strände, die Ruhe, die Aussicht, die Spazier, Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die Resurants im Hafen, ca 20 Min. zu Fuß am Strand entlang. Ein Urlaub für Leute die die Einsamkeit lieben, weit weg von großen Trubel.Für Pesionäre wie wir und auch für Familien ein schöner Ort. Von Josette und Laurent wird man bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und auch während des ganzen Aufenthalts werden alle Fragen freundlich beantwortet.2017 kommen wir wieder.

Wir wohnten im Apartment 2 im Erdgeschoss mit Garten und Terrasse. Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer mit privatem Strandzugang. Zum Pool des Argentiere Club führt ein kurzer Fußweg, der gut zu bewältigen ist. Bäckerei und kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unserem Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und in dieser wunderschönen Gegend bei tollem Wetter einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung :-)
