Classified 3 stars in a closed residential area of LA LONDE LES MAURES (between HYERES & SAINT-TROPEZ), VILLA ENSOLEILLADE offers apartments "FEET IN WATER" standing 10 meters from the BEACH.
Your apartment can accommodate 6 people and is exposed FULL SOUTH with VIEW SEA (in front of the islands of PORQUEROLLES & PORT-CROS).
It gives you free access to the HEATED SWIMMING POOL of the residence (from April to the beginning of November) and to the TENNIS at 250 meters.
It consists of a private garden, a living room, 2 bedrooms, an Italian shower room, a fitted kitchen and a TV.
WIFI access, parking and garage are free and we have our own website.
A small shopping center at 500 meters will allow you to do your shopping without having to take the car (from April to the end of September).
The sea, the preserved environment, the practice of many sports will assure you an unforgettable stay.
THE SEA IS YOUR GARDEN:
As if placed on the sand, this pretty provencal villa looks directly on the sea, and from your terrace or from your garden, you enjoy an exceptional view of the beach of Argentière and the islands of Porquerolles, Port- Cros and the Levant.
Sandy beaches uncrowded, clear waters deliciously unknown to the crowd, a quiet and tranquil few steps from the joys of the seaside ... with the tranquility of a residential area closed. A dream location in a preserved nature.
The coastal path that passes in front of the residence, will take you to the east for several hours of stroll by the sea, without any construction, in a succession of beaches and small roads until FORT DE BREGANCON (residence of presidential summer), the setting and the underwater fauna particularly rich ... You will be able to make unforgettable walks !!!
In addition, your children and you have free access to all the benefits of the ARGENTIERE CLUB which is 250 meters from the Villa.
You can enjoy all the sports and leisure facilities of the Club free of charge.
Heated pool with paddling pool, tennis court, bowling, snowshoes and other games are at your disposal.
As for water sports, VILLA L'ENSOLEILLADE also offers outdoor activities in partnership with professionals. Diving courses, excursions, cruises on the islands, or sea kayaking ... whether you are a couple or family, everything is planned for your well being.
In the evening, musical festivals, night markets, small restaurants and large tables of the coast enliven the night.
Whether you are a fan of diving, hiking, Jazz or idleness ... you are at the heart of all activities ... Let the idleness be with you!

Our prices include the rental of the furnished apartment, access to the heated swimming pool and the tennis court, WiFi internet access, television.
Tennis balls and rackets as well as petanque balls are available to you free of charge.
Our prices do not include the administration fee of €50 to be paid on the day of your arrival as well as the tourist tax.

Nous avons été enchanté par notre appartement. A l’arrivée, la vue Mer face aux ILES d’OR nous a coupé le souffle, c’était SOMPTUEUX. Et quelle tranquillité (juste le bruit des vagues s’échouant sur la plage). Au menu, balades le long du sentier du littoral (soit 5 heures de ballade au départ de la villa avec traversée d’une dizaine de plages toutes plus belles les unes que les autres jusqu'au Fort de Brégancon), balade à vélo sur l’ile de PORQUEROLLES et randonné pédestre sur l’ile de PORT-CROS, et surtout FARNIENTE sur nos chaises longues face à la mer !!! Bref, que du bonheur et un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cette adresse que nous recommandons vivement à tous les amoureux de la nature !!!

Avec ma compagne, nous avons loué cet appartement 3 étoiles et ce dernier a largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances!
Accueil: Les propriétaires sont extra, un accueil très chaleureux qui vous donne de suite un aperçu de la mentalité des gens dans la région! Des propriétaires qui ont le souci du confort pour leurs hôtes et ça c'est un gros avantage par rapport aux résidences méga touristiques que l'on trouve en bord de mer.
Le domaine: Nous l'avons trouvé magnifiquement situé à seulement 10 mètres de la plage dans une quartier totalement privé (et donc sans bruit), c’était magique !!!
A 300 mètres de la résidence, vous avez un petit centre commercial ou vous trouvez tout donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture pendant toute nos vacances. Le domaine est calme, sécurisé, propre, fleurie. Bref IDEAL !!!
La location: Vous avez un très bon aperçu sur le site internet donc vous n'avez aucune mauvaise surprise quand vous entrez dedans !
Un appartement neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire et plus! Cuisine américaine spacieuse et impeccable, la salle de bain est ni trop grande ni trop petite, juste ce qu'il faut! Dernier point, c'est un appartement très calme, bien que nous ayons eu des voisins, nous ne les avons pas entendu une seule fois!
Les activités: Une semaine a été trop court pour nous quand on voit tous les activités à faire !!! Nous avons commencé par la plage de l'Argentière avec un coin super sympa quand vous remontez la plage côté est! Ensuite nous avons pris une claque en allant sur les plages de l'Estagnol (ma préférée), la plage de Brégançon (la préférée de ma compagne). Vous avez les îles d'or également à voir! Bref, plein de petits endroits de paradis magnifiques que je vous conseille déjà d'aller voir sur internet histoire de saliver un peu!
EN RESUME, une location parfaite dans un endroit de rêve !!!

Diese Wohnungen haben alle einen traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und sind direkt am Strand gelegen. Sie sind sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Ideal auch mit Kindern, die vor dem Haus draußen spielen können. Es gibt eine abgeschlossene Türe, die direkt zum wunderschönen Strand führt. Außerdem kann man den Tennisplatz und das Schwimmbad (geheizt bis November)der gesamten Anlage nutzen. Idealer Strandurlaub - auch im Frühjahr und Herbst.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Woche in dem gräumigen Appartement, gleich an der Küste und mit Meeresausblick. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und vor allem unsere Ruhe, denn der Sandstrand ist überhaupt nicht touristisch und ist somit perfekt zur Erholung. Laurent , der sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich war, hat und immer geholfen als wir etwas brauchten. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und würden dieses Appartement jedem weiterempfehlen!
