About this apartment rental
On the Lindauer island is this open non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating for up to 3 people.
1.5 rooms on 50 sqm with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine with integrated dryer and other electrical appliances. A cozy dining area, living room with TV, stereo. The partitioned alcove with wardrobe, shower room and toilet complete the beautiful atmosphere for relaxing hours. Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge.
The apartment is newly renovated in a typical old townhouse Lindauer and modern furnishings. A seating area with table and chairs for outdoor use is on the alley. Long term bookings are possible from November to April (price on request).
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 50 Euro). Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Only two minutes walk to the popular lakeside promenade or the seaside resort. Not far to the Swabian restaurant "Zum Raichlebeck" or the theater cafe.

The Apartment is just in the middle of Lindau Insel, we love the fact that everything is near, restaurants, cafes, Train main station, Lake, the place its a dream, the apartment is big and very nice, comfortable and has everything that someone can need. We were happy

An der FeWo, der Ausstattung und der Lage gibt es nicht zu meckern. Das Fahrzeug muss auf dem Festland bleiben. Mit Shuttle und Stadtbus auch kein Problem. ABER : Parkzeit 9.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr ( Nachts kostenlos). Das heißt, man muss 9.00 Uhr einen Parkschein lösen, die Kontrollen sind streng. Ein entspanntes Urlaubsfrühstück entfällt. Das hat uns schon gestört. Alles andere wie gesagt ist top.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Lage in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Lindau ist optimal. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Promenade am Bodensee und ebenso die belebte Maximilianstraße in Lindau.Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!
