In a quiet location, only 500m from the bike path on the Eder away, this cozy apartment with 70 sqm offers plenty of space for two to four people. It is located on the first floor of the 2011 completed house and has a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and the spacious living-dining area invite you to linger. From the terrace to the sole use of enjoy a wonderful view of the beautiful Edertal. For children, the large garden offers a variety of z. As a swing, a climbing tower, a sandpit, toys and vehicles for shared use.
Facilities include:
digital TV with satellite connection in the living room and master bedroom and CD / radio, dvd player, the kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, Tassimo, toaster, microwave, a double bed and two separate beds, travel cot, high chair
In the village there are three restaurants and two riding stables. Here you can book rides, riding lessons or carriage rides.
By bike you are in about 30 minutes in Fritzlar or 45 minutes on the Edersee.
By car, the Edersee with its many recreational activities in 10 minutes. The nearby National Park Kellerwald invites you with the Urwaldsteig, the treetop path and much more for hiking. The game park and a climbing park as well as the summer toboggan run offer a lot of variety also for our younger guests, who can use the playground equipment in the garden at any time (at your own risk).
The Eder invites you to canoe trips and canoe tours. A canoe rental is available in the neighboring village (2 km).
Among other things, a trolley ride in the nearby Affoldern provides for sport and fun.
The old town of Fritzlar and the historic half-timbered houses invite you to visit the cathedral city with a shopping spree.
On request, you can also spend some quiet hours at our own fishpond on the Ederaue. Enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.
