Near Monte S. Maria in Tiberina (5 km) is this country house in a quiet hillside location with pool. In front of the upper living room with kitchen is a covered terrace, another covered terrace seating area with barbecue is located in the well-kept garden plot. The interior is cozy-rustic, the bathrooms are simple (with open showers). Ideal for vacationers seeking tranquility and closeness to nature; discover the small picturesque hill towns in the area: Monterchi and Citerna (20km), Città di Castello (11km). Other recommended destinations can be reached within an hour's drive: Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino (about 40km), Arezzo, Perugia and Assisi (about 60km). Stores in the hamlet of San Secondo (5km), Ristorante with panoramic view in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
