Bright and spacious apartment (about 120 square meters), located in the Zirkitzen district in a scenic area, excellent location. The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a splendid well-equipped and functional kitchen, a spacious dining room with a sofa bed and armchairs, a central TV, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. ski room in the residence, two bathrooms and a beautiful terrace. Convenient position for skiing and departure for mountain excursions. In winter we sell ski passes (including special offers such as Family and Ski Wellness) and Kärnten Card in summer. In the renowned spa and ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, near the border. Bad Kleinkirchheim a village of about 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. This resort is famous for its ski resorts (over 180 km of slopes with 32 lifts) and for its famous spas, such as the Therme St. Kathrein and the Thermal Romerbad.
