Superbe maison mais pour une maison de location pas assez de rangements pour nos affaires personnelles suite parentale un porte vêtements tout bancale et une telle maison mériterait des lits plus grands surtout le lit à rouleaux trop petit pour un couple.

Die Lage des Hauses am Rand von Morgat in der Nähe der Steilküste und am Rande eines Kiefernwaldes kann nicht besser sein. Wir sind im Juli als zwei Familien mit insgesamt 7 Personen gereist. Das Haus bietet hierfür mit 5 Schlafräumen genug Platz. Das Ambiente ist zeitgemäß bis modern. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Stühlen und Geschirr nicht ausreichend. Gartenmöbel sind nur begrenzt vorhanden bzw. in einem kaputten Zustand. Auch im Haus sind viele Dinge defekt oder kaputt und somit, obwohl sie auf der Inventarliste stehen, nicht nutzbar. Dies schließt auch z.B. Zimmertüren ein, die nicht mehr einrasten oder Lampenstecker, die defekt sind, so dass kein Berührungsschutz besteht. Der Zustand der Gegenstände lässt uns daher das Haus abwerten, zumal der Mietpreis einen gehobeneren Zustand erwarten lässt. Die Kaution in Höhe von 600,- Euro sollte unbedingt bei der Anmietung mit bedacht werden. Das Haus selber würden wir auf Grund des im Nachhinein schlecht erscheinen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses nicht mehr anmieten. Das Objekt wird von einer sehr netten und verständnisvollen Dame betreut. Die Übergaben konnten problemlos in Landessprache erfolgen.
