The holiday complex consists of a total of 3 which are houses on the same plot. There are 4 apartments available and from winter 2013/14 also a modern sauna and fitness facility. All apartments are new, modern and comfortable equipped. One of the apartments is built in an old barn which has been converted with costly conversion work to a quite beautiful apartments with many amenities.
The cottages are 2 minutes' walk from Silver Lake. The Silver Lake is one of the most beautiful Carinthian lakes. You have free access to this lake.
The ski Gerlitzen only about 10 minutes, where you will find a ski resort where you will feel as a beginner or as an experienced skier well.

Tolles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer und jeweils eigenem Badezimmer - perfekt für 6 Personen. Leider war allerdings vor zwei Schlafzimmerfenstern eine Hausmauer, was das Lüften etwas schwierig gemacht hat.
Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die großen öffentlichen Seen sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Der Silbersee ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, der kurze Gehweg ist allerdings für Kinderwägen ungünstig, da am Ende eine lange Holztreppe ist.

Der Check In war etwas ungewöhnlich, denn von den Vermietern hat sich keiner blicken lassen.
Erst am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthalts kam der Vermieter nach einem Anruf meinerseits abends vorbei. Dabei hat er uns dann auch gleich das Recht umständliche Bedienungskonzept des TVs im Schlafzimmer erläutert.
Die in der Wohnung vorhandene Infomappe enthielt leider nur veraltete Informationen.
Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der Zustand des Mobiliars Raum für Verbesserungen.
All dessen zum Trotz haben wir unseren Urlaub natürlich sehr genossen. Das große Platzangebot ist deutlich positiv hervorzuheben.
