The holiday home in the Edertal was classified by the DTV and rated 4 stars.
Nicely furnished and very well equipped non-smoking cottage with stunning views over meadows and woods on the outskirts, integrated into the natural landscape of the Eder. The two-story house is an oasis for 2-5 people who want to get away from it all. A large living room with adjoining kitchen and access to the large sun terrace and garden with uninterrupted views invite you to linger. Here you can already comfortably in the warm spring sun have breakfast outside.
You can relax on the wooden deck, on a gravel bed or in the garden. The garden furniture is teak and adjacent to 2 sun loungers there is a spacious table, 2 benches and 2 chairs so you can sit generous. For a pleasant outdoor cooking is a banquet pan available, where you can conjure up all sorts of good taste.
The house is spacious for two people, ideal for two couples but also for families with children. Two bedrooms, an additional bedroom, television, games room and a balcony offering spacious place. Save time in the morning by the three bathrooms and another guest bathroom, especially if you travel with four people.
You can park your car easily, even if you arrive with several cars.
For cycling we have bicycles that can be ready on your arrival, so you can make beautiful tours along the Eder to Edersee or to Fritzlar. If you are traveling with their own bikes, they can also be parked.
W-LAN connection is available, so that you can obtain information from the Internet or send and receive your mails.
Shopping in the neighboring village, 2.5 km.
Its good you up to many attractive destinations.
Animals are not allowed because the house is advertised as 'suitable for allergy sufferers'.
If you are allergic, you do not need to bring your own laundry. We take care that you are well looked after.

Der erste Kontakt mit Frau Hildebrandt war bereits sehr angenehm. Damit unsere kleinen Kinder sich wohlfühlen und sich im Wohnraum gut aufhalten können, wurde extra der niedrige Glastisch gegen einen Holztisch getauscht. Ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. So war die Vorfreude bei der Anreise schon groß.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, in den Betten gut geschlafen und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche viel gekocht. Wenn man mit einem Auto mobil ist, kann man in der Umgebung viel unternehmen. Klare Weiterempfehkung.

Wir waren durch die positiven Bewertungen schon sehr gespannt und wurden in keinster Weise enttäuscht.
Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Die 3 Schlafzimmer inkl. dazugehörigen Badezimmer sind schon purer Luxus, dazu sehr gute Matratzen und Jalousien zum verdunkeln - was im Juni - wenn man nicht gerade um 5 Uhr aufstehen möche -sehr viel wert ist.
Zum Edersee ist es mit dem Auto nur ein Katzensprung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden.
Wir haben uns rundherum sehr sehr wohl gefühlt; wenn wir wieder in Richtung Edertal reisen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder bei Fam. Hildebrandt anfragen.

Wir waren trotz ausfühlichen Informationen vorher, angenehm überrascht, ein so großartiges Ferienhaus vorzufinden. Durch ausgezeichnete großzügige Einrichtung und liebevolle Ausstattung
fühlten wir uns ganz schnell heimisch.
Vielen Dank, daß wir auch dadurch von einem gelungenen Urlaub
sprechen können, der uns noch lange im Gedächtnis bleiben wird.

Hier fehlt es an nichts.
Das Haus ist eingerichtet, als ob man dort dauerhaft wohnen würde.
Voll ausgestattete Küche (samt mehr als ausreichendem Geschirr), im Wohn-/Esszimmer DVD-Player und riesiger Fernseher (den wir wegen des schönen Wetters, der morgens sonnigen und ab nachmittags schön schattigen Terrasse und der vielen möglichen Unternehmungen gar nicht genutzt haben).
Die Terrasse ist mit sehr guten Holzmöbeln samt Auflagen ausgestattet. Auch zwei Sonnenschirme kann man nach Bedarf aufstellen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad dazu. Alles tip top mit guten Matratzen, frisch bezogen und vor allem sauber. Das 3. Schlafzimmer läßt sich auch gut als Kinderzimmer nutzen, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Groß genug ist es auf jeden Fall.
Hier ist sogar noch Spielzeug für kleinere Kinder bereitgestellt.
Im EG gibt es auch noch ein Gäste-WC. Sehr praktisch.
Alles bestens für Familienurlaub geeignet.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand. Zum Ederradweg sind es nur ein paar Hundert Meter und man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen. Zum Edersee sind es ca. 9 km.
Wenn wir wieder an den Edersee fahren, versuchen wir es hier auf jeden Fall wieder.
