Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt im 3. Stock mit Aussicht auf die Eisbahn und die Berge. Parkplätze hat es öffentliche, jedoch relativ teuer. Das Appartement ist alt und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es war sehr staubig, bedingt durch den Floorteppich und die Stoffsofas, welche auch als Bett dienen. Diese waren sehr unbequem, da die Grösse eher für Kinder geeignet ist und man mehrheitlich im Spalt liegt. Neuer Bettsofas würden das Appartement angemessen aufwerten.
