Spa, swimming pool, train station and information can be reached on foot in few minutes. In the immediate vicinity are numerous shops, restaurants and easy access to the public transport network. Experience the unspoilt Bavaria in its best way with breathtaking nature, the mountains and lakes. Everything in the immediate vicinity.
Our four 45-90 square meter apartments were comfortable, individually furnished with attention to detail. They each have TV, cable TV, wireless, fully equipped kitchen (some with dishwasher) and bathroom. On the west side is a large furnished terrace is on which a grill.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Es war alles in bester Ordnung und die Lage ist sehr zentral und angenehm.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Sauber, toll ausgestattet und einfach rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Sigrid lief hervorragend und sie hat sich um unsere Anfragen sofort gekümmert.

L'appartement est grand et confortable, et l'accueil est excellent. Notre hôtesse parle parfaitement anglais et quelques mots de français, ce qui est apprécié.
Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes techniques (volets qui ne ferment pas...) et l’absence de lave-linge est gênante, d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de laverie en libre-service à Ruhpolding. Également, même si notre propriétaire n'y est pour rien, il faut prévoir en sus une taxe de séjour relativement élevée. Certes, pour ce prix, la piscine, les bus et le téléphérique sont "gratuits", mais comme il s'agit d'une taxe, nous n'avons pas eu le choix... Il aurait été bien de nous en informer avant la réservation.
