Wir waren zu viert (2 Erw., 2 Kinder - 11 u. 17 Jahre) und unserem Havaneser eine Woche in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Sie war etwas kleiner, als wir erwartet hatten, aber hat uns vollkommen gereicht, da wir immer viel unterwegs sind.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Für uns als Paar war die Wohnung insgesamt groß genug. Man kann sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter im Wohnbereich aufhalten. Wenn ich mir allerdings vorstelle das Apartment zu viert, hierfür ist die Wohnung (wenn ich die Beschreibung richtig lese) ausgerichtet, zu nutzen, dann wäre ich sehr unzufrieden. Insbesondere die Küche ist ausgesprochen klein, so dass ein Arbeiten (kochen) darin zu zweit nicht möglich ist.
Zudem ist wenig Stauraum vorhanden. Es sind einige zwei Schränke (einer ist zu einem drittel mit den Utensilien für Kleinkinder belegt, der andere ist Putzschrank) und eine Art Kommode (ist komplett mit Bettwäsche) belegt.
Einige Kommentare haben die gute Ausstattung mit Geräten gelobt. Ich persönlich sehe keinen Vorteil in einem Eierkocher oder der Dopplung von Filter-Kaffeemaschine und Nespresso-Gerät.
Auffallend war zudem, dass das Gebäude recht hellhörig ist.
Positiv aufgefallen: Viele Haken und etwas aufzuhängen wie Jacken, Kleidung, Handtücher (das ist so eher eine Seltenheit) sowie auch eine nutzbare Ablage im Bad. Sehr angenehm, freundlich und zuverlässig war zudem der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
