The approx. 60 m² large and tastefully furnished 2-room-attic apartment "Le Corti" is in the 1st. OG of a cultivated historical palazzos. The building is located in the old town and thus in the oldest part of Cannobio and is accessible from two sides. This allows you to reach the pedestrian zone in the front, while you can drive to the rear of the house for loading and unloading. There is also the possibility to secure bicycles on a closed site. The romantic old town with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is almost on the doorstep. The public beach (one of the most beautiful and widest on Lake Maggiore) and the wonderful lakeside promenade with the passenger ferry are reachable in about 5 minutes on foot. From here, you can take wonderful boat trips across the lake. You can park your car in the free public car parks in about 100 m distance or on request in an underground garage about 250 m away. Eine gemütliche Wohnung ideal für 2 Personen um den Lago Maggiore zu erkunden. In 3 min. ist man an der schönen Seepromenade und auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
