About this house rental
The holiday home Ti Charly is very lovingly and comfortably furnished so that you can feel comfortable here in every season. Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, grill there in the evening or just laze on the deck chair and watch the squirrels in the tree tops. Since we like to cook ourselves, you will find all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. In the holiday home there is also information material about the region and with German-speaking support and a few tips we would like to help you organize your vacation.

We spent several tranquil days at this beautiful forest retreat, located easy drives from some stunning tourist attractions and some pretty fine surf spots. Christina and Charlie were warm and welcoming. The accommodation had everything. We would definitely stay again.

Liebes Fewo-direkt-Team,
ein FH überzeugt vor allem dann, wenn es den Eindruck vermittelt, es ist so hergerichtet, als würden die Vermieter dort auch gerne wohnen wollen. Diesen Eindruck hatten wir bspw. letztes Jahr, als wir auch über Fewo direkt das Urlaubsdomizil buchten.
Beim diesjährigen Objekt war das leider deutlich nicht der Fall. Das fing bei Kleinigkeiten an wie der bunten Mischung von Geschirr mit teilweise deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, der Kaffeemaschine vermutlich aus den 1970er Jahren, den klapprigen Gartenmöblen mit einer Plastikdecke für den Gartentisch, die wahrlich nicht zum Essen oder Spielen einlud und Gartenliegen ohne Auflagen.
Der Miniofen präsentierte sich so unappetitlich , dass wir ihn besser nicht nutzten. Einige Matrazen waren völlig durchgelegenen und dadurch Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Die Fenster waren teilweise schwer gängig bzw. verzogen. Die Fensterrahmen bedürfen dringend eines Anstrichs ...
Letztlich machte die ganze "Bude" einen ziemlich "kruscheligen" und "abgespackten" Eindruck nach dem Motto: Alles, was wir nicht mehr zu Hause benötigen, stellen wir in das FH nebenan - ob es passt oder nicht.
Es ist wirklich an der Zeit, dass die Vermieter den offenkundigen Investitionsstau bei Gebäude sowie Inventar zügig beginnen auflösen und "eine Linie" in das Objekt bringen (Das fängt bei den Kleiderbügeln an. Was für ein Durcheinander und teilweise auch noch kaputt. 20 neue Kleiderbügel gibt es bestimmt auch en France für "kleines Geld". Beim Geschirr würde ich einfach einmal zu IKEA oder vergleichbar fahren. Zumindest in Deutschland - die Vermieterin ist Deutsche und offenbar auch immer wieder in der alten Heimat - gibt es dort bspw. für 1 Euro einfache, funktionale Gläser, die zumindest einige Jahre halten sollten, bevor sie ggf,. wieder erneuert werden müssen.).
Wenn nichts passiert, gerät das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zusehends ins Ungleichgewicht.
Nochmals zum Einstieg: Vermieter und Urlaubsgäste wohnen Grundstück an Grundstück. Ein Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, bspw. der Rasen. Das andere Grundstück ist sehr "naturbelassen", was durchaus auch seinen Charme haben kann, aber leider ein Spiegelbild des FH ist.
Abschließende Anmerkung: Wir sind bestimmt keine besonders penible bzw. kleinkarierte Familie sondern, haben nur den Anspruch, einen auch "zu Hause" entspannenden Urlaub zu verbringen. Wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre, wäre das nicht möglich gewesen.
