In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 50 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du milieu 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 7B (roofed), height 190 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Skifahren und Einkaufen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist recht klein aber gemütlichund zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlt Platz zum Zubereiten.

basic apartment, het matras van het bed was erg doorgelegen, de bank was doorgezeten. Het niet hebben van wifi vind ik toch niet meer van deze tijd.
