Electricity is generated solar-powered (12 V), the service water comes from rainwater and is heated solar-powered, therefore economical use of water is required.
The situation in the secluded Orlandusa Bay guarantees peace, nature and a holiday "Robinson-style". Restaurants, supermarkets and the town of Korčula are 3-7 km away. The house is ideal for families, couples or individualists who want to enjoy seclusion, sea views and nature.
