About this apartment rental
Close to the center, modern and tastefully furnished apartment in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the Kurhaus, the Festival Hall, in the Black Forest mountains and 'with good visibility' of the Rhine valley even to the Vosges. Experience fantastic sunsets.
A place to feel comfortable in all seasons. Ideal for Festspielhaus visitors, congress guests and business travelers, as well as for hikers, climbers and mountain bikers.
You can choose from a short distance to enjoy the cultural highlights of Baden-Baden.
In a few minutes walk from the Festspielhaus, as well as the baths quarter with Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Spa. For spa and Burda Museum takes you a short walk (15 min.) Along the Oos.
A bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus connections to all parts of the Black Forest, the ICE train station and Baden-Baden Airport (FKB).
The apartment has a new bathroom with a facilities for discerning guests, a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.).
Internet / WiFi access. You receive all unencrypted FreiSAT programs (interface for CI + module and smartcard available). There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available. A mobile air conditioner is available.
A reserved parking space belongs to the apartment and can be used free of charge.

Exactly as pictured. Quiet, safe and in a great location if you can handle some stairs. Come and go using level 1 in the elevator to make the climbing easier.

We enjoyed the apartment except for the many stairs and steep hill necessary to get to and from city center. Perhaps that should be listed in description, at 68 and 71 it was difficult, which caused us to take taxis more often.

The flat provided us with a quiet and convenient location for a few days downtime. Close to town centre with easy access down its own stairs and lift to the town. Baden Baden is a lovely place to visit in the autumn with lots of opportunities for walking available locally.Will be telling our friends about the great time had here.
