About this house rental
In the heart of Luberon (Provence), a nice place to have rest under the trees, meals on the stone table, sun bath around the swimming pool. It is located closed to the village of Menerbes, one of the best place of the region with historical houses, churches, and superb views. Very good wines from this part of France, specially the "rosé"
but at the same time close to the village for walking, shopping, visiting the very beautiful village, seeing the different Provençal views, going to the restaurant, eating an ice cream.
In the house WITH AIR CONDITIONING, there are two bedrooms with a king size bed (180 cm) or 2 separate beds and the other with a queen size bed (160 cm) or 2 separate beds, a bathroom with bathtub, Separate WC, living room, kitchen. Two independent bedrooms with WC and shower room have their own entrance; one is quite large with a king size bed or 2 beds and the other with a queen size bed.. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, two coffee machines, electric hob, and all the necessary equipment for cooking.The house is simple, practical, covered with stones on the outside, and tiled inside.
There is a lot of greenery and flowers, in front of the house, in front of the barbecue, on the terrace above the acacia trees, a row of rose bushes.
On the upper terrace, arriving by the path, we leave our cars so as not to see them, but we take them down to the level of the house to unload.
From this terrace, there is a stone staircase, along the private path to reach the level of the house.
Paths in the countryside leave from the house and it is possible to go hiking in the Luberon.
This property is very nice for 3 couples with 2 children or two couples with 5 children.
There is the possibility of providing a travel cot. There is equipment for a baby (high chair for example)

Loved this house - great location, great facilities & suitable for all our family (ages 8 months to 65yrs). Really our week here. Highly recommended.

Wir haben hier ab Ende Juni 2 Wochen mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern Urlaub gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besonders schönes gepflegtes Grundstück auf einer sonnigen Lichtung im Wald nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ortsmitte Menerbes entfernt.
Im großen Haus gibt es eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche und einen Abstellraum mit besonders viel Platz zur Lagerung von Lebensmitteln, zum Beispiel sind 2 große Kühl-/Gefrierschränke vorhanden.
Der Swimmingpool-Bereich ist sehr großzügig, sauber und mit guten Möbeln ausgestattet.
Überall auf dem Grundstück befinden sich verschiedene Plätze, auf denen man in der Sonne oder im Schatten unter Bäumen oder Sonnenschirmen relaxen kann.
Es gibt einen großen Außenbereich mit einem typisch provencalischen Steintisch für 12 Personen unter Akazienbäumen. Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub -außer zum schlafen- nur auf diesem wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Grill und Garten-Spülbecken oder am Pool verbracht.
Auf dem Grundstück können 3-4 Autos bequem geparkt werden.
Einkaufen kann man in Menerbes selbst (nur kleine Läden) oder besser im 5 Kilometer entfernten Coustellet mit einem großen„Super U“, einen ALDI und vielen kleinen Läden. Der nächste LIDL ist in Apt, zum riesigen AUCHAN fährt man 15 Kilometer bis Cavaillon.
Das Haus können wir ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Très belle région, l’extérieur de la maison est particulièrement agréable mais des déceptions quant à l’intérieur. 2 chambres sur 4 sont très vieillottes, sans commodités et encombrées de meubles inutilisables. La cuisine exiguë et dans un état très moyen n’est pas adaptée à la préparation de repas pour 8 personnes d’autant plus qu’à l’a remise des clefs on nous dit que le barbecue est inutilisable par arrêté préfectoral jusqu’à mi octobre. La batterie de cuisine pourrait être renouvelée notamment les casseroles téfal. Impossible d’utiliser la machine à café malgré toutes les explications de la propriétaire. Le ménage n’était absolument pas fait à fond. Je ne recommanderais pas cette location malgré son atout extérieur majeur et les 2 chambres indépendantes qui elles sont plus récentes et très correctes
