Rovinj. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town in Rovinj. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a public car park in the town (distance 200 m). The central town car park is free of charge in winter. In summer, a daily fee applies and availability cannot be guaranteed. In summer, however, the owner may be able to provide a free parking space near the accommodation for you to park your car (subject to availability). If you prefer this option, please inform us or the owner before your arrival.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war auch gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und war im Preis inbegriffen. Ein -und auschecken war auch problemlos,obwohl der Vermieter nicht im Ort wohnte.
