About this house rental
Discover a historical zone of Mexico, full knowledge of culture and magical places around it such as, Tequisquiapan, Peña de Bernal, San Miguel de Allende, Celaya, Irapuato, Guanajuato
My house is very well located, although is not DownTown, which has lots of services close to supermarkets, commercial centers, restaurants, etc.
Guanajuato, San Miguel, Tequisquiapan, and 3 hrs from Mexico City is the best place to stay if you want to visit the center of Mexico. It has its own airport. Guanajuato and Querétaro are the center of the Mexican Independence, and both are places with a lot of history and beautiful architecture.
When in home there are some policies to follow in order to have a healthy convivience with the neighbors.
You can always ask for the administration your previous requirements, such as hot water, or internet problems.
For instance, I just have to ask you to follow the instructions.
1.- It is not allowed pets of any kind
2.- It's Prohibited fo smoke inside the house
3.- In the kitchen, after you use the electrical devices please clean them, even if you are going to leave, because of the disgusting food rotten in the microwave or in the blender.
I live there but i am not always at home. So my Neighbor and friend Ana who is the administrator, gladly wants to recive you.
