The layout was perfect for family living, the outside area lent itself for fantastic al fresco dining. Lovely to be able to open up the bedroom doors straight out onto the beautiful pool area.

The host is a sweet heart you could tell he really takes care of his property . The house was clean and super comfy. Loced hanging out in the garden :)
There was a bit of an ant problem . And a bit of a moldy smell in one of the bathrooms other than that it was perfect.

Very very nice place!
The pool is great. comfortable rooms and huge living room.
Everything is very clean and pretty new, and the host is very nice.
Sometimes there were no hot water in the shower.
The oven didn't work, which was important for us.
As for the location, it's only ~2 km from the beach and restaurants, but you can't walk there because the road's really unsafe, so you have to order taxis anywhere. That's not that bad, but take it into consideration.

We have had the most amazing week at Una Villa. The villa and the garden with the pool and seating area are all beautiful - it was the perfect setting for a relaxing week away from work. The owners were so friendly and really helpful in our navigating around Ixia and Rhodes. The supermarket and bus station is a mile walk down the road where you can quickly catch a bus into Rhodes Town centre. There are also restaurants at the end of the road. A great villa and a great location! There is in fact free WiFi here despite the description saying there isn't. Thank you to the lovely hosts for such a fantastic stay! :)
If you want a successful bbq you might want to get some fire lighters. This is the only thing we struggled with but the bbq area is huge and a very attractive asset.
