About this house rental
Beautiful cottage in the countryside in the Sabina region, not far from Rome, located on a hillside overlooking the surrounding green hills about 8 km from Otricoli.
The vacation home is part of a 5000 m² estate with pool and has a gazebo and rest area. Guests also have access to an outbuilding with a small terrace in front of the Jacuzzi. This area is equipped with table and rustic and complete kitchen for outdoor meals. Mosquito nets on all windows. Fenced property with electric gate.
Distances: Otricoli 8 km, Lake Bracciano 32 km, the waterfall "Cascata delle Marmore" 38 km, Viterbo and Lake Vico 45 km. The city of Rome (65 km) can also be easily reached by train from the train station of Civita Castellana, 8 km away. The open sleeping loft with bunk bed is located in the twin bedroom. Paved access road from the provincial road to the entrance of the property (500 m).

Summary of reviewsGreat location with an isolated and tranquil atmosphere. The house has a good number of well-situated rooms, including one next to the pool. The owners organized a lovely pizza evening with a dedicated oven. Excellent communication and service.

Malgré un chemin d'accès qu'il faut descendre avec précaution, l'isolement de la maison la rend très agréable et très tranquille du coup. Niki nous a attendu à la sortie d'autoroute pour nous mener à la maison et nous expliquer tous les équipements de la maison. Le nombre de chambres est un point fort d'autant qu'elles sont bien disposées et notamment une à côté de la piscine. Les propriétaires nous ont aussi gratifié d'une soirée Pizza réalisée par leur soin avec le four attenant la maison (demandez, ça vaut détour). Ce fut un merveilleux moment de partage et d'échanges. Toujours disponible à la moindre question ou conseil, je conseille fortement cette losation sans hésiter.
