Jump into your car and make short work of the 28-minute drive to Lake Lugano or the 10-minute drive to Funivie del Lago Maggiore (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime). If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Porto Valtravaglia Station, a short 10-minute walk away.

After you return to this 592-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the cable/satellite TV, DVD player, and video library.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too. Other amenities include a fireplace, an ironing board, heating, and a dining table.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick von Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore. Im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Küche etwas klein, aber alles drin. Für uns 2 Personen mit Hund ausreichend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag die phantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore genossen. Sehr komfortabel war auch die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine.

Dieses Ferienhaus muss man einfach weiterempfehlen... Der Fensterausblick wäre eine tolle Fototapete, ist aber real und einfach überwältigend, unterstützt wird dieser Eindruck noch vom gläsernen und somit nahezu unsichtbaren Balkonabschluss (vielleicht nachteilig für Menschen mit Höhenangst...). Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet... Der letzte Mieter meint mit "abgewohnt" evtl. lockere Eck- bzw. Fußleisten in der Küche oder das Parkplatztor, dem ein neuer Anstrich gut täte, also nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Vermieterkontakt ist problemlos, schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen, die Infoblätter vorab sind sehr umfangreich. Das Seewasser ist klar und sauber, wegen der Kiesstrände sind besonders für empfindliche Fußsohlen Schwimmschuhe zu empfehlen. Ansonsten bekommt dieses Objekt von uns die volle Punkt- bzw. Sternzahl!

Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht, teilweise neu aber auch schon abgewohnt. Die Aussicht ist das Highlight. Netter Vermieter. Wlan sollte nachgerüstet werden, uns Deutsche gibt man leider nicht soviel Datenvolumen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, ebike tauglich. Zwischen 14.30 Uhr und 18.30 Uhr sollte man keinen Hunger verspüren, alle Restaurants sind geschlossen.
