About this cottage rental
The kitchen and living area are on the ground floor, and there is a bathroom and sleeping facilities for 2 - 3 people in the converted attic. An external staircase leads from here directly into the garden. In the living area we have a pull-out couch, where another 1-2 people can sleep as needed. For cooler evenings, stoves are available on both levels.
The terrace offers space to chill and grill. The closest neighbors are the cows on the adjacent meadow.
A high-speed internet connection with the possibility of a TV stream is available. You will also find a Blu-Ray player and various DVDs. If you love peace and nature, want a break from city life and want to explore the surroundings, our house is just right for you!

Perfect house in a perfect place

Overall this is a nice place. there is a really big garden which has potential to be excellent but seems overrun with nettles and weeds. The trees also could use some pruning. The inside is a bit dark but also cool compared to outside. So can be very pleasant after a day in the sun. The stair are very steep and not easy if you’re unsteady on your feet. There is everything you need for a nice stay just could do with a freshening up. I would say my biggest gripe is the bathroom. There is a shower head but no where to put it on the wall also there is no ceiling just some bamboo sticks rested on the walls. There doesn’t seem any reason to not have at least an electric shower fitted.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here and really like the area but next time I’ll look somewhere else

Well, what a fabulous place! Full of character and French charm and in such a lovely rural location, not dissimilar to where we live…absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting Lesley and René next door too..thank you both for your hospitality…we will definitely be back!
